End Date

06 July 2012
Established in 2004, the annual Scottish Mixed Foursomes Golf Week is a golf tournament held during the first week of July for couples of all golfing abilities.

Built upon a reputation as a fantastic destination for its Golf, Social, and Tourist attributes, over 100 couples now make the Scottish Mixed Foursomes Golf Week their preferred annual golfing holiday.

The competitors play five fantastic courses - playing with new couples each day, meeting new friends and old, experiencing great hospitality at the golf clubs and social events, and maybe even winning one of the many daily or major prizes on offer over the week!

From registration to prize giving, you are assured of 6 days of golfing relaxation and fun in a warm and friendly environment.

The Competition

Played over 5 courses in 5 days, the competition is both unique and fun for all participants. The Stableford format keeps everyone interested right up to the very last putt on the last day.

All 5 courses are within close proximity of one another. Only 16 miles separates the furthest away courses, from Blairgowrie in the West to Kirriemuir in the East, and with the remaining 3 all within a mile of each other in the middle. The courses include the championship Lansdowne course at Blairgowrie, the established heathland courses of Alyth and Kirriemuir, and the new and challenging courses of Strathmore and Glenisla.

They range in length and difficulty, as well as terrain, yet all have fantastic character and scenery providing the competitors with numerous daily challenges as they try to amass the greatest number of Stableford points over the week.

The competition will be played in accordance with the competition rules.

An Early Bird Offer of £250 per couple is available for entries received before 31 August 2011. Thereafter, the price will be £280 per couple.
