Piperdam’s New Course has been sculpted from the gentle slopes that surround a 40-acre fishing loch. Commanding views across to the Grampian hills and as far south as St Andrews Bay, it is a pleasant parkland course measuring anywhere from 6,300 to 5,100 yards depending on your choice of tees.

Ingeniously, the New Course can provide either a stern or sympathetic test with a much improved layout including five par 3s and four par 5s. Pro Tips:

A good score on Piperdam’s New Course can be made or lost on the opening nine holes. Playing for position will help and keeping to the high side of the fairway will assist you. The back nine offers up a greater variety of holes with the water playing a big part at 10, 11, 16 and 18.
